Sleeping arrangements:

Two king-sized bedrooms with en-suite are located on the main level of the cabin, while the lower level has a third king suite and a bunk room, making it ideal for multiple couples or families to share and still have their own space. The third and fourth downstairs bedrooms share a roomy Jack and Jill style bathroom complete with tub and shower.
Be warned - it may be hard to get the kids to leave the cabin behind when they’re settled into their games room complete with twin bunk beds!

Security:
For your safety, there is a video camera OUTSIDE the property, facing the driveway, that is recording at all times.

We like to leave our guests in peace but if you need anything, you can rely on us to answer any questions or help you get settled in - we’re available from 9 am to 8 pm EST daily via the booking platform.

House Rules

Check-in/ Check-Out: Check in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

Construction : Please note that new homes are being added to our beautiful neighborhood.

ID/Rental agreement/Security deposit hold: After booking, we require ID, signed rental agreement and a security deposit hold (not a charge). It's very easy, I promise!

We provide a set amount of dish detergent, dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Depending upon your length of stay, you may require extra items.

We require a $500 off-platform security hold but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. We use a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely take off-platform bookings and security deposits.

Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $500 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per night per guest.

Party Policy: No parties or events.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed because of severe allergies. We charge a minimum of $250 for pet damages.

Pool Policy: Pool room is locked with a code required to enter. NO DIVING. Pool is approximately 3 feet deep. Pool temperature is set to 83 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.

BBQ: Please clean off grill after use.

Cabin arrival: All roads are paved but under rare icy conditions, All Wheel Drive may be necessary to navigate the roads.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is highly suggested due to unforeseen events that may alter your travel plans. We do not reimburse for weather/natural disasters/power outages or any other things beyond our control.

Wi-Fi: Our home is in the mountains, which can bring occasional Wi-Fi interference. We are usually able to have Wi-Fi restored quickly.

Off Limit Areas: Owners' closet in theater room.

Pest Control: Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a regular basis. We hope that you’ll appreciate the fact that being in the heart of the National Park does create certain challenges in the area. It is best to always close the doors behind you.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
